Peer Review Policy

All submitted manuscripts undergo a **double anonymous peer review** process, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Each submission is reviewed by at least two experts in the field. The final decision to publish is made by the Editorial Board based on reviewers’ recommendations and the quality of the manuscript.
