Publication Policies
Editorial Policy
The journal aims to publish original scientific research that meets high standards of academic quality and integrity. The Editorial Board oversees the entire publication process — from submission to final publication — ensuring fairness, transparency, and objectivity in all editorial decisions. The journal reserves the right to reject any manuscript that does not align with its scope or standards.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to all its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Readers are free to read, download, copy, distribute, or link to the full texts of articles without any subscription or payment.
Peer Review Policy
All submitted manuscripts undergo a **double-blind peer review** process, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Each submission is reviewed by at least two experts in the field. The final decision to publish is made by the Editorial Board based on reviewers’ recommendations and the quality of the manuscript.
Copyright Policy
Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication under a **Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY)** license or a similar license. Authors are allowed to reuse and distribute their articles, provided that proper citation of the original publication in this journal is included.
Authorship Policy
Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the research. All listed authors must approve the final version of the manuscript before submission. No changes to authorship (addition or removal) are allowed after submission without the approval of the Editorial Board.
Self-Archiving Policy
Authors are permitted to deposit copies of their published articles in institutional or personal repositories, provided that a citation and link to the official version on the journal’s website (DOI or URL) are included. The archived version should ideally be the final published version.
Plagiarism Policy
The journal maintains a strict stance against plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts are checked using plagiarism detection software (e.g., Turnitin or iThenticate). Any paper found to contain plagiarized material will be rejected immediately, and the authors may be barred from future submissions. The quotation rate must not exceed 25%.
Conflict of Interest Policy
Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence their judgment regarding a manuscript. The journal handles such disclosures transparently and fairly to maintain the credibility of the review process.
Data Sharing Policy
The journal encourages authors to make the data underlying their findings available whenever possible, either as supplementary materials or through open data repositories. Data sharing should comply with ethical standards and protect the confidentiality of research participants.
Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement
The journal adheres to the **Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE)** guidelines. It promotes integrity, transparency, and accountability in scholarly publishing. Ethical standards include:
- Honesty in research and authorship.
- Avoidance of plagiarism, data fabrication, and redundant publication.
- Respect for confidentiality in peer review.
- Fair investigation of ethical complaints.
- Retraction or correction of articles when necessary.
