يُحدث دمج نماذج التعلم المنطقية (LLMs) في هندسة المتطلبات تحولًا جذريًا في كيفية استخلاص المتطلبات وتحليلها وتوثيقها، مما يُقلل وقت إنجاز المهام بنسبة 30-40% في جميع أنشطة هندسة المتطلبات. مع ذلك، لا توجد حتى الآن آلية منهجية تُنظم المتطلبات الناشئة عن التعاون بين الإنسان والذكاء الاصطناعي. يُقدم هذا البحث إطار عمل FAIRE (البنية الرسمية لإضفاء الطابع المؤسسي على المتطلبات الناشئة وتنظيمها)، وهو بنية رياضية مُؤَسَّسة من أربع طبقات للكشف عن المتطلبات الناشئة وقياسها وإدارتها وتتبعها في عمليات التطوير المُعززة بالذكاء الاصطناعي. يتبع البحث منهجية علم التصميم، حيث يمر بمراحل متعددة تشمل مراجعة منهجية للأدبيات، وتحديد المواصفات الرسمية باستخدام آلات الحالة والمنطق الزمني، وتنفيذ النماذج الأولية عبر واجهات برمجة تطبيقات نماذج التعلم المنطقية المعاصرة (GPT-4، Claude، LLaMA، Gemini)، والتقييم التجريبي من خلال تجارب مضبوطة (عددها 41 تجربة) ودراسات حالة طولية. تُظهر النتائج أن منهجية FAIRE تُقلل من ظهور المتطلبات غير الموثقة بنسبة 79.7% (من 15.8 إلى 3.2 حدث لكل مشروع؛ p < 0.001)، وتُحسّن اكتمال التتبع من 42.1% إلى 89.3% (p < 0.001)، وتحقق نسبة استدعاء تبلغ 94.2% في رصد السلوكيات التي يُدخلها الذكاء الاصطناعي والتي تتطلب مراجعة أصحاب المصلحة. يُعدّ الجهد الإضافي متواضعًا (8.7 دقائق لكل جلسة مدتها 4 ساعات)، وتحظى قيمة الحوكمة بتقييم عالٍ (SUS = 74.2). بحسب علمنا، تُعدّ FAIRE من أوائل البنى الرسمية لإدارة المتطلبات الناشئة في بيئات مُعززة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، حيث تُعالج الثغرات في قابلية التكرار والتفسير والمساءلة. وتُوفر للمؤسسات آلية عملية للاستفادة من الإمكانات التوليدية للذكاء الاصطناعي مع الحفاظ على الانضباط الهندسي
